About me
My name is Zuzana K?rkov? and I have been working as a physiotherapist for six years. In 2013 I finished my studies of Physiotherapy at the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering at Czech Technical University (?VUT). I received my Master?s degree after finishing Physiotherapy course at Slovak Medical University in Bratislava in 2017. I can speak Czech and English with my clients.
My Experience
I have been very lucky in my professional experience so far and met professionals in my field who taught me a lot. I started at Rehabilitation Hospital in Beroun where I worked under the supervision of doctors Jan Calta and Ond?ej Hor??ek, experts on rehabilitation and neurology. I also worked at the health centre Vr?ovick? zdravotn? in the time when a new orthopaedic department was being opened and I cooperated there with doctor Petr Chl?dek (a leading Czech expert on hip joint). My last employment so far was at the private rehabilitation clinic Barna Medical where I had the chance to work with clients active in the sport field including some members of Czech national sport teams.

My Work Certifications

My work Philosophy
The relationship between a client and a physiotherapist should be open, active and mutual. If it is not so, the treatment cannot have the desired effect. In my practice I do not concentrate on specific diagnosis. I like diversity so I will be equally happy to provide post-operative care as well as acute care such as for chronic back pain.
