About me
Hi, my name is Monika Gresakova. I received a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy at Charles University of Prague and a Master's degree in Andragogy at Jan Amos Komensky University in Prague. Then I entered into the postgraduate study of physiotherapeutic methods at McKenzie Institute (Mechanical therapy of musculoskeletal system) and passed the international exams from McKenzie Institute and am a member of Mckenzie Institute in The Czech Republic.
Experience and my Philosophy
I can offer you professional physiotherapeutic care of acute and chronic pain of spine, post-injury conditions, herniated disk, incorrect body posture, muscular imbalance, headaches and joint pain. In therapy I very often use the McKenzie method. I explain each problem to my client and I motivate him or her to an active approach. Client cooperation is the most important. My services are offered in Czech, English and Italian languages.
